A message from CEO On Air Dining Daniel Hulme

I hope this email finds you, your team, and family in good health and spirits during what can only be described as a challenging year for our industry.  I would like to thank you for your business and continued support.  With every decision we make regarding the business we always strive to provide you with the world’s best inflight dining experience.  It is with that in mind I am very pleased to announce that we have relocated our Stansted kitchen to Inflite FBO.

Stansted Airport is where it all started for On Air Dining over 10 years ago and we are very excited about our future at this airport.  This move places us on the private aviation side of the airport to provide you with even faster last minute service, and the facility is a much needed improvement as well as part of our long-term vision for our presence at Stansted Airport.  I made the decision in March to use the slowdown in the market to improve our business – investing heavily in better equipment, optimising operational efficiencies at both kitchens (Stansted and Farnborough), and ensuring the best personnel in the market.  It was also the perfect time to move our Stansted kitchen. I believe these proactive improvements will position On Air Dining for great success when the industry bounces back.

There will be no operational downtime with the move so you won’t experience any change in your level of service and support.  In addition to the kitchen, we also have offices within Inflite FBO for our Customer Service and Logistics, Finance, HR, and Sales & Marketing teams. We would love you to pop by for a cup of tea or coffee the next time you are in Stansted as our doors are always open.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions regarding the move and how we will operate at our new home in Inflite FBO.

Well presented DR 400. It would be hard to find better example. Excellent fabric and paint shows this has been well looked after by its current and previous owners.
