Aircraft records platform, Bluetail is to centralise Wheels Up’s aircraft maintenance records for its owned fleet in a bid to reduce costs.
Bluetail announced yesterday that Wheels Up entered into an agreement to implement it’s all-in-one aircraft records management hub and MACH Conformity module for all the aircraft it owns.

We expect Wheels Up’s partnership with Bluetail to provide measurable time and cost savings for our maintenance operation and improve aircraft availability.”
Bluetail’s cloud-based SOC 2 and FAA-compliant software and scanning services will give Wheels Up maintenance teams advanced search capabilities and the ability to securely share records no matter where aircraft are located. Also AI search engine, MACH Search gives the teams faster and more accurate record searches, saving hundreds of hours of research time with no need for document tagging.

Wheels Up will also utilise Bluetail’s Part 135 Conformity Module for future aircraft conformity inspections.
