Crew Chiefs, which specialises in client representation during aircraft inspections, has launched TechConnect Gold, a new hotline to provide technical expertise for private jet brokers.
TechConnect Gold, a monthly retainer programme, will provide aircraft brokers with digital access to technical expertise around inspections and completions.
Other benefits of the programme include better rates for Crew Chief’s technical representation, more access to industry relationships to find slots for Pre-Purchase Inspections (PPI), and budgeting support for PPI technical representation.
“We launched the TechConnect Gold programme to further support aircraft brokers even before the client has decided on a specific aircraft to ensure that they and their clients have access to a sounding board for technical issues to help them make more informed decisions,” said Chris Buchholz, CEO, Crew Chiefs. “Many aircraft brokerages don’t have sufficient aircraft technical inspection expertise or bandwidth in-house.”
He added that the new programme will allow access to technical expertise outside without having an on-site technical representative.
