Cutter Aviation announced the appointment of Kevin Reedy as Director of Safety based in Phoenix AZ. In his role Kevin is responsible for the development implementation and oversight of the Safety Management System for all Cutter locations.
With more than 30 years of experience in aircraft maintenance quality assurance maintenance management and customer service within the Aeronautical Industry Kevin has the knowledge that is needed to successfully maintain and oversee all the safety policies of Cutter Aviation.
He came to Cutter in November 2011 as the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor was promoted to Maintenance Manager in 2015 then went on to be the Chief Inspector/Accountable Manager in 2017. With each role he has held Kevin has proven his reliability and effectiveness and quickly became an asset to the company.
Kevin was first introduced into aviation as a teenager flying around with his Stepfather in a Cessna 182. From then on he was hooked and went on to have a lifelong career in aviation. In his spare time he enjoys camping off-roading fishing and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
