Premium private jet charter services provider flyExclusive announced addition of key executives to its leadership team. Brad Garner has joined as chief financial officer. Garner brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting, having previously served as CFO and chief compliance officer at Hale Partnership Capital Management.

“The addition of Brad to our team adds significant depth to a leadership team that we believe is the best in the industry,” said Jim Segrave, founder and CEO, flyExclusive. “I’m thrilled to welcome Brad to the organization and I’m confident his expertise in fundraising, innovative capital structuring, and accounting will further optimise our finance organisation.”

Matt Lesmeister has been appointed chief operating officer. In this role, Lesmeister will focus on driving operational excellence across the enterprise, ensuring alignment between finance, sales, and operating functions.

Mike Guina will transition to the role of chief commercial officer. Guina will continue to oversee flyExclusive’s sales and new business strategies, including wholesale, retail, fractional, Jet Club, and aircraft maintenance repair and operations.

Segrave also expressed his gratitude for the continued leadership of Matt Lesmeister and Mike Guina. “They have been instrumental in driving excellence across the organisation and we’re a stronger company today because of their many contributions to date,” he said.

flyExclusive has one of the world’s largest fleets of Cessna Citation aircraft, and it operates a combined total of approximately 100 jets, ranging from light to large cabin sizes.

The company recently entered into an aircraft management services (AMS) agreement with Volato agreeing to take in its customers and fleet. Under the agreement, flyExclusive will manage flight operations, sales and expenses of Volato’s fleet, consisting of 13 fully fractionalised aircraft, eight leased aircraft and four managed aircraft. Volato will transfer aircraft to the flyExclusive certificate in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration.
