Elit’Avia has acquired the New York-based private charter and aircraft management services provider Pioneer Business Services. The Elit’Avia brand will be split into two separate groups: Elit’Avia Americas and Elit’Avia International.

The acquisition included: additional business aircraft under management and continued operations at New York Stewart International Airport (KSFW). The deal will enable Elit’Avia to renew its focus on US-based aircraft management and charter services, according to the company.

Michel Coulomb will continue to serve as CEO and accountable manager, Elit’Avia International serving Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Kevin Rodgers will become president, Elit’Avia Americas, serving clients in North and South America.

Rodgers said: “Drawing on our years of experience and knowledge of the domestic market, we will deliver services that enable our US-based clients to navigate the complexities of private aviation with confidence and peace of mind.”

Pioneer offers services for private aircraft owners and passengers, including aircraft management and charter options.
