Signature partners with PS to sign up VIP airline passengers

FBO Signature Aviation is partnering with PS, a private luxury terminal service, to bring a high-end offering for VIP commercial airline passengers.

Located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, next to Signature’s private jet terminal, the PS terminal will include chauffeured transport, private security screening and luxury amenities.

Derek DeCross, senior vice president for global customer engagement, Signature Aviation said: “The collaboration between Signature Aviation and PS brings together two companies committed to providing exceptional customer experiences for travellers.”

DeCross added that the terminal is another step in the company’s mission to “reimagine and reinvent the travel experience”.

Joshua Gausman, co-CEO, PS said: “Our members often fly private and choose Signature, so creating ways to make commercial flight connections faster and easier makes sense.”

Sklar Kirsh served as legal counsel to PS, informing the joint collaboration.

In May, Signature Aviation opened a new private aviation facility at Birmingham Airport in the UK. In its most recent filed accounts, for the year ending December 31st 2020, the company reported $1.9bn in revenue, $400m in Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA), and $240m in operating profit, with $2.2bn net debt.
