Gulf Helicopters Company (GHC) of Qatar has been appointed as a Designated Maintenance Facility (DMF) of Pratt and Whitney Canada Corporation for the region (Middle East and parts of Africa) which includes Qatar, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Lebanon, Turkey, Pakistan, Nigeria, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iraq and Egypt.
This further goes to prove the solid framework and outstanding quality Gulf Helicopters has established over the years in the field of helicopter maintenance.
The DMF will allow GHC to provide on-site support to the customers in the region and reduce its cost. This will further facilitate GHC to be the “go-to” maintenance provider for aircraft maintenance, engine maintenance and components repair and overhaul.
