Xplorate is welcoming Ivana Velickovska to the newly created role of chief operating officer.
In her new position, Velickovska (pictured inset) will lead and scale the company’s global business operations and go-to-market teams. Xplorate CEO, Ronnie Fahy, said Ivana Velickovska brings a wealth of experience to the role with a career spanning more than 20 years in the energy, logistics and defence sectors.
“Ivana has deep knowledge of international operating markets, having worked across Europe, USA, the Middle East and Australia,” said Fahy.
“She has proven ability to operate effectively within a complex scope and is known for her ability to build high performing teams and form trusted relationships with customers and communities. Her experience will be invaluable to both Xplorate and our customers as we grow to become the global market leader in unmanned aerial intelligence solutions.”
Velickovska arrives from the energy industry where she was responsible for end-to-end management of supply chain activities for a major operator in Australia’s Northern Territory, as well as supporting the firm’s external relations with government, local communities and suppliers.
In the US, she also worked on the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program and was appointed Senior Contracts and Procurement Manager with responsibility for contract and negotiation strategies and high value complex claims resolutions.
