AirCar, the world’s first certified Drive and Fly vehicle, produced by Slovakia-based KleinVision, has made a groundbreaking manufacturing deal, reports a press release. The landmark agreement strengthens the company’s position as a market leader in the development of Drive and Fly vehicles.
The company has sold a limited licence for manufacturing to a prominent Chinese company, Hebei Jianxin Flying Car Technology Co. The deal, finalised for an undisclosed amount, “marks a strategic move in the advancement of innovative mobility solutions,” says the release. “The licensing agreement gives the Chinese company exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute certified flying cars utilising KleinVision’s cutting-edge technology within a specific geographical region.” Jianxin is poised to leverage this technology in China.
