PALO ALTO 2025: Tentative event agenda released as Early Bird ticket sales end in two weeks


eVTOL Insights has released a tentative agenda for its North America Conference in Palo Alto, which features a provisional list of topics to be discussed with industry leaders.

The event takes place from April 9th to 11th, with Early Bird tickets currently on sale for $600 until Friday, January 31st. The format of the day will feature 16 sessions and a mix of keynote presentations, panel discussions and fireside chats.

Additionally, eVTOL Insights will be hosting its Global AAM Awards straight after the conference, which celebrates and recognises company achievements in the market. Entries are now open and the final deadline to submit is Monday, March 10th.

While timings and subject topics for the conference are subject to change, they include:

  • Women in AAM
  • Airspace Integration
  • Assessing the Industry Landscape in 2025
  • Entry into Service
  • Preparing Cities for AAM: Societal and Economic Impact
  • Regional Air Mobility
  • Exploring Different Use Cases
  • How AAM is being integrated in different US states

Companies already confirmed to attend and participate include Joby Aviation, McKinsey & Company, SMG Consulting, Advanced Air Mobility Institute, SkyGrid. More names will be announced in the coming weeks.
