eVTOL Insights will reveal the first companies confirmed to attend and participate at its next industry conference in Montreal, which takes place from May 1st to 3rd, at the end of this month.
It will represent the first time eVTOL Insights has organised an event in Canada, after overwhelming feedback from delegates attending its New York conference in October 2022.
Our event kicks off on Wednesday, May 1st, when we plan to host a tour at a company based in the city. Timings and a confirmed venue for the tour will be announced in due course. We will then host our usual pre-event networking drinks later that evening.
Our conference then takes place the next day, Thursday, May 2nd from 9am — 5pm at the fabulous setting of Le Mount Stephen in downtown Montreal. The agenda will feature live Q&As, fireside chats, interviews and audience participation about a host of industry topics.
Then, for the first time, eVTOL Insights will be hosting its very first Awards Evening. This will take place in a private room with a bar at Le Mount Stephen. We aim to start from 6pm, where there will be canapes before we host the awards ceremony and finish at 7.30pm.
On Friday, May 3rd, we will be organising a morning tour at a company based in Montreal before finishing our event early afternoon.
Tickets are currently on sale via our Eventbrite and cost $999. This includes entry to the conference, awards evening and two industry tours.

For delegates only wanting to attend the awards, the price for a ticket is $200. This won’t include entry to the conference and two tours.
