Maintenance, repair, overhaul, completion and aircraft specialty support center, AeroBrigham will present their newly developed Bell 429 tactical flight officer (TFO) station during the upcoming Airborne Public Safety Association Annual Convention (APSCON) 2021 convention, July 28-30  in New Orleans, Louisiana. The development of the cabin-mounted law enforcement TFO station is the result of a contract award in collaboration with CNC Technologies for the extensive customization of eight Bell 429 airframes for the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF).

The design, development, and fabrication of the equipment was completed at the AeroBrigham facility located just north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex in Decatur, Texas. Easy installation and removal of the station/mission suite can be accomplished quickly without tools while utilizing the existing cabin seat rails. All eight of the JDF airframes completed by AeroBrigham allow quick change of the mission suite/TFO station.

Capabilities include a 22” Avalex monitor, Churchill navigation moving map system, Troll link box, laser arming panel for the WESCAM MX10, Eagle digital audio panel, as well as ethernet switching for the L3Harris radio system.

AeroBrigham will showcase the new design during APSCON 2021 on exhibit #629 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana.
