Cadorath has doubled the size of its Lafayette, Louisiana facility with a 15,000 sq. ft. expansion, increasing capacity for Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 turbine engine services. The facility, home to Cadorath’s Authorized Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Center (AMROC) operations, is now fully operational following its completion in January 2025.

“This expansion reinforces our commitment to providing industry-leading support for Rolls-Royce turbine engines,” said Gerry Cadorath, President and CEO. “By doubling our available capacity in Lafayette, we are well-positioned to enhance our service offerings and support more customers with greater efficiency.”

The enhanced facility introduces new capabilities, including:

  • Complete turbine engine overhauls with test cell capabilities
  • Fly-in support for aircraft engine and dynamic component maintenance
  • Full aircraft refurbishment, avionics installation, and upgrades
  • Enhanced MPI, CMM, and CNC machining capacity to support both engine and component repairs
  • Additional technical and support staff to elevate service responsiveness

This investment aligns with Cadorath’s long-term growth strategy in the Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 turbine engine repair and overhaul market, while strengthening its partnership with Airbus Helicopters in D-level single-part repair support.
