The company’s highly skilled workforce of 150 at its Rzeszow facility combine deep expertise with creative problem-solving skills and take great pride in their craftmanship.

Heli-One is a global provider of helicopter maintenance and support services, including a complete integrated tip-to-tail service, optimizing mission readiness and availability, individual capabilities for airframe maintenance; engine and component repair and overhaul; in-service support; parts and supply chain management; CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization), digital technical record keeping and more, are offered to meet individual customer needs.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of CHC Helicopter, Heli-One collaborates and knowledge-shares with over 75 years of flying operations, bringing excellence in helicopter maintenance to its 350 operator customers. These customers include NATO’s Support and Procurement Agency, Netherlands’ Royal Air Force, the U.K. Ministry of Defence, Germany’s Federal Police, Finland’s Border Guard, Bell, Leonardo, Safran, Macquarie Rotorcraft, Milestone Aviation and CHC Helicopter’s flying operations.

The 65,000-square-foot Rzeszow facility was designed applying the latest LEAN principles to maximize efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards in aviation maintenance quality. From pop-up floor outlets to a pneumatic parts delivery system, along with the latest technology, it provides one of the world’s most advanced helicopter maintenance facilities.

Heli-One Poland is CAMO (Part CAMO) organization approved by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), U.K. Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the CAA of the Cayman Islands.

The company supports traditional CAMO support, project-based CAMO support and records digitisation. Traditional encompasses CAM services for operators (AOCs), for lessors during storage periods, for government agencies, also having airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) privilege.

Heli-One Poland provides CAMO service capabilities to a growing portfolio of helicopter types, recently gaining its EASA Part-CAMO certificate (PL.CAMO.0035) for the Leonardo AW189; Airbus H135, H175 and AS332L/L1; and Bell412EP.

The extension of these CAMO services reinforces Heli-One’s commitment to adding value for its clients and the delivery of superior maintenance services, which will include reduced lead times and drive quality that comes with applications to external authorities.

These CAMO services are provided to small and large operators, lessors and government agencies to increase fleet performance, optimize operational costs and comply with all applicable airworthiness requirements. Delivered through Swiss AS AMOS and GE Air Vault system, the CAMO team develop customized airworthiness solutions tailored to individual aircraft requirements.
