HFW grows global aviation practice with three senior promotions

Law firm HFW has grown its global aviation practice with the promotion of Alix d’Arjuzon to the role of counsel, Barbara Pansadoro to partner and Mark Waters to legal director (pictured from left to right). All three previously served as senior associates.

Based in the firm’s Brussels’ office, d’Arjuzon represents clients in business and commercial aviation, insurers and other aerospace entities. She specialises in finance and leases, contract drafting and negotiation and regulatory matters.

Pansadoro specialises in asset and structured finance, with experience in aviation finance and leasing transactions. These include export credit financings, tax leases with commercial debt, Islamic deals to operating leases and aircraft engine purchase contracts.

Waters’ practice covers both contentious and non-contentious aviation-related work. He advises business aviation operators, airlines, OEMs and airports on commercial and regulatory matters. He also manages commercial and accident-related litigation, as well as coverage disputes for aviation insurers.

Both Waters and Pansadoro are based at HFW’s London office.
