Lewis Prebble joins StandardAero as president, airlines and fleets


StandardAero has appointed Lewis Prebble as president of the company’s airlines and fleets division.  

Prebble most recently served at Rolls-Royce as senior vice president for the Americas, where he led the company’s $1 billion airline-facing jet engine business and was responsible for delivering comprehensive end-to-end customer services over the entire engine product life cycle.  With 25 years of impactful aerospace experience in strategy, business development, operations and sales and marketing, he brings immediate and extensive knowledge of the global engine MRO industry to StandardAero.

In his more than two decade tenure at Rolls-Royce, Prebble served in multiple executive positions including senior vice president, customer business – Bombardier, vice president, customer business – Americas, head of business development and marketing, services and sales director – Asia Pacific​.  He began his aviation career working for Air New Zealand.

Prebble holds an Executive MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
