Omni Helicopters International (OHI), Latin America’s largest provider of air mobility and delivery solutions, has announced the appointment of Paulo Couto as the company’s chief transformation officer.

In this role, Couto will be responsible for driving transformational programs and innovation efforts to enable OHI’s accelerated growth objective of becoming the leading global air mobility and delivery provider.

With over 25 years of experience in business transformation and strategic leadership in a broad range of industries, Couto brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role at OHI.

He has a proven track record of developing and executing transformative strategies that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth. Couto holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA) and a BSc in production engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
