Precision Support Services, LLC., renewed its contract with Helicopteres Guimbal as the North American distributor, following the announcement Guimbal has once again been ranked #1 in Vertical Mag’s Helicopter Manufacturers Survey globally for overall Customer Satisfaction, and with particularly high marks in North America.

“We are pleased to see that Guimbal and their global partners have increased customer satisfaction in every category compared to last year. For us, it shows the efforts that we are making as a Guimbal/Precision team are being recognized by our customers” says Sarah Brazel, Precision’s Manager of Guimbal Sales and Support. “The best praise we receive is not in how many aircraft we have coming into the U.S. each year, it is hearing that our current customers know they can trust us, and are pleased with the job we are doing.”

Precision and Guimbal first joined forces to bring the Cabri G2 to the U.S. in 2014 which followed with full FAA certification in 2015. Since then, the demand for the Cabri has grown exponentially. There are more deliveries this year than any previous year and 2023 is looking even stronger. This growth comes from both the flight school market and the private sector.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, it had become clear to Precision the fleet of G2s in the U.S. was reaching a size that demanded a growing team to provide on demand support as well as tribal knowledge on maintenance and operations. “We used the slowdown of new sales during the pandemic to improve our support capabilities, stream line our processes for parts, and train additional personnel to be a part of the Cabri USA team” says Grayson Barrows, GM of Precision. “Now that aircraft deliveries are back in full swing, I am confident our team is ready to handle the increased demand and will continue to provide the best customer service in the industry.”
