Record U.S. participation expected at Avalon Airshow 2023

Demonstrating the latest in U.S. technologies and services, the U.S. national group at Avalon Airshow this year will be the largest ever, the total national contingent consisting of 100+ companies in Halls 2 and 3 from Feb. 28 – Mar. 5 in Geelong, Australia.

America’s leading manufacturers and suppliers, many with proven operating partnerships already in country, are participating at this year’s show — notably market leaders General Atomics Aeronautical Systems (Booth #3M11), Lockheed Martin (Booth #3G20), Northrop Grumman Corporation (Booth #3M18), and Raytheon Technologies (Booth #3G7), all exhibiting within the USA Partnership Pavilion.

The USA Partnership Pavilion, organized by Kallman Worldwide, Inc., in coordination with numerous U.S. government agencies, including the departments of Commerce, Defense and State, will be the home of the U.S. presence at the show. Located prominently in Halls 2 and 3, the Pavilion is comprised of 86 exhibiting companies representing 17 states — occupying over 1200 square meters at the show.

Duyck Machine, Inc., first-time exhibitor at the event and new to the aerospace industry, are exhibiting with Business Oregon at Booth #3P3. Founded in 1983, Duyck Machine is one of Oregon’s longest running and most successful manufacturers of precision CNC machined components and assemblies. In 2021, they implemented a quality management system that is certified to ISO 9001:2015 as well as AS9100D.

PTS Expeditionary Communications, another U.S. company debuting at Avalon this year, is exhibiting with Alabama Department of Commerce at Booth #3D10. PTS manufactures Power Supply Docking Stations (PSDS) that enable Warfighters to operate tactical radio systems in fixed and semi-fixed environments. As the sole North American Distributor for all Rolatube manufactured products, PTS is looking to expand to Australia at Avalon 2023.

Alongside the hall exhibits and chalets, the U.S. Airforce, Army, Marines, and Navy will have assets on ground display and participating in the flying display, with intended participation from the F-15 Eagle, MV-22 Osprey, and AH-64E Apache.
