Rusada, a leading provider of aviation software solutions, has announced a major recruitment drive to grow its product development division.

Despite the difficulties of the Covid-19 pandemic, Rusada has remained in a strong financial position throughout, due a diverse customer portfolio and the signing of several important contracts.

In the last 12 months the company has agreed significant deals with airlines, helicopter operators, and MROs, for the use of its ENVISION software. Rusada also signed one of the largest contracts in its history back in August 2020, with a major government entity.

As such, it is now looking to capitalize on this position of strength and bolster its development capabilities. The company has already recruited 14 new members of staff this year, with another 7 in progress, and is looking to add a further 10 positions by the end of 2021. This includes software developers, both senior and junior; product owners and product testers. Many of these roles will be based out of Rusada’s U.K. office in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Julian Stourton, CEO at Rusada commented, “We are incredibly fortunate to be in the position we now find ourselves in, as many in the industry haven’t been so lucky. I would like to thank all our staff for their commitment and dedication during this period, as well as our loyal customers.

“The addition of these new roles will allow us to further improve ENVISION’s functionality and make it even easier to use through new apps, interfaces and integrations. So, if you know anyone with development skills, please send them our way.”
