Shotover Systems CEO Tom Churchill is featured in the most recent episode of the Hangar Z podcast, where he discusses the evolution of mission software and the innovations behind the M2 multi-sensor gimbal designed for public safety helicopters.

In the latest episode of Hangar Z Podcast, Jon Grey and Jeff Ratkovich sit down with Shotover Systems CEO Tom Churchill, a co-founder of Churchill Navigation, a company that became instrumental in developing technology for flight crews and has since led to the apprehension of countless criminals across the world. Churchill Navigation’s Augmented Reality mapping System has also helped TFO’s of all levels increase their skill set and situational awareness while assisting the men and women on the ground in public safety.
On August 4th, 2020, Churchill Navigation merged with Shotover Camera Systems, makers of world-class aerial camera systems, to become Shotover Systems.

This year, at APSCON 2022 in Reno, Shotover Systems released their new M2 EO/IR Multi-Sensor camera system for public safety aviation and other markets.

During the conversation, Tom Churchill talks about the development of the navigational software, the new camera system, and how the two will work hand in hand to give us capabilities we never thought possible.
