Spectrum Aeromed names two new managers

Spectrum Aeromed is proud to announce the promotion of one employee and the hiring of another who both have a focus on maintaining quality standards at the company’s headquarters in Fargo, North Dakota, USA.

Sara Engen is the new quality assurance manager and Brandi Griffith is the new production manager.

Engen has been with Spectrum Aeromed since 2014 as the manufactured parts coordinator. In her new role she will ensure that parts are fabricated and assembled in accordance with approved design drawings. She will also ensure all production work is done to Spectrum Aeromed’s high standards.

“We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sara,” said Jeff Edberg, VP of operations. “She joined Spectrum Aeromed 7 years ago and over that time has shown her consistent ability to assure the quality of our products.”

Griffith comes to Spectrum Aeromed with nearly a decade of experience in manufacturing. Most recently she served as a production supervisor for two Doosan Bobcat North Dakota facilities.

In her new role at Spectrum Aeromed, Griffith will be responsible for the day-to-day production needs of the operations team. She will be responsible for maintaining compliance of safety and quality standards while ensuring on time delivery for customers.

“We are excited to have Brandi join our team. Her experience in lean manufacturing methodology will allow us to continue our manufacturing growth well into the future,” Edberg said.
