Texas Aerospace Technologies, a subsidiary of Texas Aerospace Services, has announced that Julie Westcott has been appointed vice president of operations and OEM development. Mrs. Westcott joins Texas Aerospace Technologies with over 37 years of experience in the aviation industry. Most recently Mrs. Westcott was the director of products and programs for DAC International.
