As president and principal shareholder of WiscoLift, Inc., a renowned manufacturer of specialty material handling equipment, Fisk’s extensive experience in business planning and execution will greatly benefit VI&E Solutions as they continue to innovate and develop groundbreaking solutions in the advanced air mobility (AAM) and electric charging industries.

A local company with a global footprint, WiscoLift has supplied an array of products to manufacturing facilities across the globe, spanning every continent except Antarctica. Rod Fisk firmly believes in the significance of meticulous business and product planning, yet herecognizes that execution is ultimately the determining factor for success. Known for his hands-on approach to business, he remains actively engaged with customers, often found operating forklifts or designing specialized lifting equipment.

Aligned with the adage “early to bed, early to rise,” Fisk’s day begins at 3 a.m. with a rigorous 90-minute workout, followed by ample time for reading before heading to the office, typically by 6:30 a.m.

An avid reader, Fisk delves into 50 to 100 books annually. Outside of work, Fisk finds joy in biking and sailing alongside family and friends, with sailing holding a special place as a lifelong passion.
