• Perform sustaining, design, development and planning including layout, analysis, evaluation, prototype build, and testing of mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical components and systems.
• Reviewing drawings and preparing manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM), managing redlines and drawing mark-ups, estimating manufacturing lead time for all parts.
• Creating Assembly Instruction for all parts (Standard Work documentation), workmanship standards and Work Instructions for engineering processes.
• Evaluating manufacturing cost, time requirements, resource allocation, and developing recommendations for optimal manufacturing process control for the product.
• Conducting and/or participate in lean activities. Continually analysing and improving information and manufacturing flows to eliminate waste.

• Emergency Power Supply Unit- PS-834A, PS-835C&D, PS-850/855 series.
• Carrying out calibration and functional test of Altimeter, Pressure Gauges, Torque Wrench, Voltmeters and Ammeters of Aircraft instruments.
