Paris Airshow: Archer Aviation, Stellantis host european debut of Midnight eVTOL aircraft

Archer Aviation and manufacturing collaborator, the automotive company, Stellantis, are attending the 54th Paris Airshow starting on June 19th. This will be the first time the partnership’s Midnight Aircraft has been displayed in Europe, reports a press release.

With planned commercialisation beginning in 2025, the prestigious French Airshow is an ideal event for the Aircraft to be shown in all its glory. Midnight will be featured centre stage in Hall 5 at Le Bourget Airport, as part of the event’s ‘Paris Air Mobility’ theme, alongside other eVTOL aircraft.

The release explains, “Dedicated to the latest innovations and emerging technologies in eVTOL, the Paris Airshow’s Air Mobility event will bring together key players of this sector with three days of discussions focused on the maturation of advanced air mobility and its impact on the future of aerospace.”

It goes on, “Stellantis is contributing advanced manufacturing technology and expertise, experienced personnel and capital to the partnership. This combination is intended to enable the rapid scaling of aircraft production to meet Archer’s commercialisation plans, and assist the company to avoid hundreds of millions of dollars of spending during the manufacturing ramp up phase.”
