How a year flies by and the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is upon us once again at Las Vegas, Nevada, held at the LVCC and Venetian Expo between January 9th and 12th, reports a press release.

Around 130,000 people with a third from outside America are expected to throng to the desert to see over 1,200 startups and more than 4,000 exhibitors. The media has a sneak preview on the 7th and 8th. There are a dozen official venues this year that span more than 2.5 million net square feet of exhibit space. Both the eVTOL and Drone industries are represented.

Gary Shapiro, President and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), commented, “This year at CES, we are excited to spotlight the critical role that technology is playing to improve every aspect of the human experience. CES 2024 will be the hub where business leaders meet, dream, and solve. No other event in the world connects the full ecosystem of the tech industry like this one.”

The company’s X2 was the first crewed eVTOL to receive a Chinese flight permit, a key milestone to attaining mass-production status. In September, the company announced the development of the X3, a prototype two-seat vehicle with eight propellers.

Other Air Mobility related exhibitors include Sydron, Jedsy Delivery Drone, Supraways and VSpace.
