PS has expanded to Miami International Airport (MIA), where it will open the airport’s first private terminal in 2025.
To be based in the former Pan American Regional Headquarters, PS’ new facility is being designed by architect Richard Heisenbottle. The project will bring together a team experienced in historic preservations who will build in accordance with the Miami-Dade County Historic Preservation Ordinance and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for the Restoration and Rehabilitation of Historic Structures.

We are grateful for the trust placed in us by the Miami-Dade Aviation Department and take seriously our stewardship of this iconic building.”
The new terminal will feature lounges, a salon, private suites and a balcony or landscaped courtyard. At boarding time, members will be brought through on-site TSA screening before being driven to their commercial flights at any of MIA’s concourses, to board the aircraft directly from the tarmac via the jet bridge stairs.
