Scott Hall joins Flight Data Systems as the new business development executive for Americas.

Flight Data Systems (FDS) has hired Scott Hall as the new business development executive for Americas. Hall will be supporting FDS’s American business development efforts from Everett, Washington, USA, amidst the company’s 30th year of business. He says it’s an honor to join the operations and is excited to support the recent launch of the SENTRY Flight Data Recorder (FDR) and Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR), which is the lightest, smallest, and lowest power consumption TSO’d ED-112A recorder ever manufactured.

“We look forward to having Hall’s technical and sales experience onboard,” said Kerry Farrish, Flight Data Systems vice president of sales. “Hall brings a wealth of knowledge in the avionics industry.”

Hall has gained a strong reputation as a creative marketing and distribution leader in aerospace technologies. He says he is looking forward to supporting the company’s marketing strategies throughout the USA.

“I chose Flight Data Systems as I am excited to represent the new SENTRY product line and to help launch its presence in the market,” commented Hall.

Hall brings over 20 years of aviation technology leadership to the team. Before joining Flight Data Systems, Hall held business development roles in aviation communications at Panasonic Avionics and German-based IDAIR GmbH.

Hall explained that he was inspired to establish an aviation career by his grandfather – who was a US Navy aircraft electrician in the US Navy and a salesman in the avionics industry. Hall has since followed his passion for avionic systems throughout his career and has acquired an extensive background in aircraft modifications and STC certifications.
